ANDROID by Google

Android is by Google and there are many dev kits for it.The Android is not a phone it is a OS system you can run,but we will still cover it. The android is a unique system that I think is superb. Some features of the Android are:

-You have access to the Android Application Marketplace which is growing as we speak

-Web Browsing with a superb web browser

-Flash is enabled online and you can view and access it

-Flash on apps

Android Phones are available in all carriers right now or most major carriers have one such as:Verizion,AT T,Sprint,T Mobile, and US Cellular(coming this summer). All Android phones have a camera and a majority of them are touchscreens. Most of them play music,take videos and photo,and have high memory capacity. Also, all Android’s have 3G available and Wi-fi access.

iPhone by Apple

There are currently three main iPhones:

-3G

-3GS

-iPhone 4

The iPhone is produced by Apple and has access to lots of resources such as iTunes,Apple App Store, and iBooks. The new iPhone can teather and can play music,watch video,has 3G access,Wi-Fi,and facenow video chat by apple. You can only get an iPhone now with AT and T. Steve Jobs has mentioned adding more carriers so don’t be too disappointed. Here are some things about the iPhone.

-Cannot access Flash web pages

-Safari web browser

-Flash disabled on apps

-Access to millions of apps that have been tested and cleared by Apple

The iPhone has lots ,but is limited and ranges from 100-200$ with a 2 year service plan.
